This Privacy Policy describes how Beezus.ai LLC ("Beezus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our AI agent orchestration platform (beezus.dev / beezus.ai, the "Platform" or "Service"). Beezus.ai is a business-to-business (B2B) platform, and our services are intended for use by business operators and teams, not individual consumers or students.

We collect information to provide and improve our Service. The types of information we collect include:

When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, company name, email address, password, and billing information (e.g., credit card details, which are processed by Stripe). This information is necessary to manage your account and provide you access to the Platform.

1.2. Customer Data

This includes all data, content, files, prompts, and inputs that you or your authorized users upload, transmit, or otherwise submit to the Platform, as well as the outputs generated by AI agents based on your inputs. We process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to comply with your instructions. We do not claim ownership over your Customer Data or AI-generated outputs.

1.3. Usage Information

We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, such as features used, time spent, agent configurations, and performance metrics. This includes metadata, log data, and aggregated statistics. This data is used to analyze usage patterns, diagnose problems, and improve the functionality and performance of the Service. We use Cloudflare Pages and Workers for infrastructure, which may collect standard access logs.

1.4. Technical Information

We automatically collect certain technical information when you access our Platform, including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referral URLs. This helps us ensure the security and stability of our Platform.

1.5. Payment Information

For billing and subscription management, we use a third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you make a payment, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

7.1 United States — California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of sale (Beezus does not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Beezus does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

7.2 United Kingdom (UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018)

UK customers' personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Legal bases for processing include: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent where required. 7.3 Canada (PIPEDA & Provincial Privacy Laws)

Canadian customers' personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. You have the right to access and request correction of your personal information. If you have a privacy concern that we have not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca. Quebec residents: we also comply with Quebec Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector).

7.4 Australia (Privacy Act 1988 & Australian Privacy Principles)

Beezus.ai LLC complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information. 8. International Data Transfers

Beezus.ai LLC is based in the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or where we engage service providers, including the United States. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

For customers in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area: transfers of personal data from the UK or EEA to the United States are conducted under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards as required by UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Beezus.ai LLC collects, uses, and discloses personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. 9. Children's Privacy

The Beezus.ai Platform is a business-to-business (B2B) service. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or 16 where required by applicable law). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable age threshold, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Beezus.ai is not responsible for any personal data that customers choose to include in Customer Data (including agent prompts, inputs, or outputs) submitted to the Platform. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws governing the data they submit, including any laws applicable to minors.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
